Step into our rooftop retreat for Chef Luis’s signature Ceviche Mixto with marinated Mahi-Mahi and Rock Shrimp to start your dinner. Barside, you'll find mainstays like Fernet & Cola, punch bowls large enough to “salud” with your friends and zero-proof cocktails like our Phony Negroni and Amalfi Spritz. The happiest hours in The Loop start at 3 PM with Crispy Yucca Fries with Rocoto Aioli, a Chilcano cocktail with house-made Pisco and a selection of discounted wine and beer.
